MEET THE TEAM
Shari Sutton
Owner
A respected agency principal with two+ decades experience in senior management, marketing, and advertising, Shari is responsible for servicing several prominent accounts, she oversees the direct marketing of 17+ self-storage facilities.
She is active in the community, having helped raise scholarship funds for communications students and serving on non-profit boards. She is the recipient of the 2003 Woman of Distinction Award by the National Association of Women Business Owners. Her passion is being the mother of two beautiful kids.
Kathy Watkins
Owner
Kathy co-founded Sutton Watkins with a passion for creativity, having graduated from Auburn University with a B.A. in Advertising. Her leadership has helped the agency thrive and grow.
She’s the recipient of Outstanding Contributions to Promote Women’s Issues in Nevada and Outstanding Partner Awards, to name a few. Kathy has served on the AMALV board for many years and is the past president of our BNI chapter. Kathy has two beautiful daughters who are the light of her life.
Cathy Dykema
Accounting
Cathy keeps everyone in line and accounted for. She is a loving wife and mother of two beautiful daughters. With a strong compassion for others and a fondness for numbers and organization, Cathy has been instrumental in the long term growth of the agency.
Her community involvement is legendary. Cathy serves on the election committees for both local and national elections, works at community events through her church, and many other local events including Clark County School District events.
John Dykema
Creative Director
John has been an integral team member of Sutton Watkins almost since our inception. His passion for design, love for the creative process, and his immense talent has helped form the foundation of our agency and our award winning design.
John started in the graphic design business in 1972 which was long before everyone had a desktop computer at their disposal. His airbrushing talent and creative eye have sparked many successful campaigns for both local and national clients.
Alicia Braach
Social Media/Account Services Manager
Alicia is great at planning and creating campaigns from the ground up. She started with Sutton Watkins back in 2004 as a marketing manager and now leads the social media department.
She’s been very active in the community and helped build client awareness through gorilla marketing as well as online promotional marketing. She has two beautiful children who keep her running when she’s not busy masterminding new campaigns and creating content that drives traffic and builds brands.
Lupe Cervantes
Marketing/Account Services Manager
Lupe joined our team in 2016 and has been instrumental in creating campaigns that deliver measureable results for our clients. She brings enthusiasm and energy to projects with a creative blend.
Her community marketing campaigns bring rave reviews from clients as well as their customers, and her ability to manage multiple projects with stellar results have made her a vital asset to our team. Lupe is the mother of two beautiful children who keep her on her toes.
